Terms of Use — Student Rules & Regulations

These terms apply to every enrollment on olacourses.com (olacourses.thinkific.com), operated by Online Learning Academy Inc. ("OLA", "we", "us"). By creating an account or completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. ENROLLMENT AND YOUR ACCOUNT
- You must give true, complete information when you enroll, including a valid email and, for the free printed book, a correct mailing address.
- Each enrollment is for one person. Do not share your login, course videos or materials with anyone.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian enroll for you and accept these terms.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
- Prices are shown in US dollars on each course page and at checkout. Taxes may be added where required.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider on the website. OLA never asks for card or bank details by phone, text, email or WhatsApp.
- If you choose a payment plan, you agree to every scheduled payment. Access may be paused if a payment fails.

3. CLASS START AND COURSE ACCESS
- Classes start January 15, 2027, unless the course page says otherwise.
- Courses are self-paced online. You get access for the period stated on the course page. We may update lessons to keep them current.

4. REFUND POLICY
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you have completed less than 25% of the course.
- After 14 days, or once 25% or more of the course is completed, payments are not refundable.
- Free printed book: if your book has already been shipped, the cost of the book and shipping is deducted from your refund.
- Not liking the language of the course, a change of mind after the 14 days, or not finishing the course are not reasons for a refund.
- To request a refund, email us at the address below with your name, email and order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within about 10 business days.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
- If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. We answer within 2 business days and will try to solve it. Our student support team may follow up with you by phone or email about refund, billing and enrollment questions.
- If you file a chargeback or dispute instead of contacting us, your course access is suspended while the dispute is open. We may share your enrollment record, acceptance of these terms, course progress and our messages with the payment provider.

6. FREE PRINTED BOOK OFFER
- Students who enroll and pay before January 15, 2027 receive one free printed book for their course, shipped to the address they provide.
- Shipping times depend on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or by the carrier.

7. CERTIFICATES
- When you complete a course you receive an OLA certificate of completion.
- The certificate shows you finished the course. It is not a government license, college degree or professional accreditation, unless a course page clearly says so in writing.

8. NO JOB OR INCOME GUARANTEE
- Our courses teach practical skills. We do not promise or guarantee any job, income, business result or exam result.

9. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ONLY
- Courses are for general education. Nothing in them is personal tax, legal, financial or medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
- Some lessons use an AI avatar and AI voice to present the material.

10. STUDENT CONDUCT
- Be respectful to other students and to OLA staff in comments, communities and messages.
- Do not post spam, hateful or illegal content, or share other people's private information.
- We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules. No refund is owed when an account is closed for breaking them.

11. COURSE CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT
- All videos, workbooks, books and materials belong to Online Learning Academy Inc. or its partners.
- You may use them for your own learning only. Do not copy, record, resell, upload or share them.

12. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATION
- We use your information to run your enrollment, ship your book, give support and send course updates. We do not sell your personal information.
- Marketing emails, calls or texts are sent only if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe or reply STOP at any time.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
- We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
